Conflicts

Conflicts, either between your company and a contractor, between employees or between departments can be very damageable for the image and the future of your company.

You can't afford to loose a client and in this fast market, a client lost means a lot of opportunities gone.

Often companies are looking very actively to get new clients when the actual clients have such a huge potential of development.

Never neglect it and marketing and business development department should work extremely closely with the operations department.

Conflict does damage inevitably your company.

The quickest and the strongest you react is the best.

Conflicts can't be avoid but they can be cured and used as an opportunity to understand the way things work and grow.

A business is made of human material and there for of emotions and feelings and more emotions and more feelings.

Synergy

Your Company is like a human body, made of members, organs and cells.

There's something in our body called DNA which is making all of it work as an harmonious ensemble. The day there's a member sick or some cells degenerating, you are in a bad position.

Imagine that one day your lever decides that he is better than your stomach and much more important and that there for, he does not want to work any more with him.

Yes, it would be the biggest catastrophe of your life.

People need to work together as department need to work together as each part of a system need to work with each other to get success.

For a human body, it means stay healthy.

The one thing you need if you want to become a Olympic Champion is to be healthy.

In the same way, if you want to become a leader on your market, the first thing is to be healthy, having people, department working together.

Communication

Communication is a key of success.

Despite all the technology, the skills and experience your company has, if people do not communicate correctly, you future can not be bright.

There's no example of success in the history of business for a company who would have been poor on communication.

See what you can't see

Someone coming to your home will notice immediately things that you can't see any more.

The spot on the living room carpet for example.

Asking a professional to come and look at your company, is a clever move to give yourself a chance to be a step ahead your competitors.
