The typical Team Relationship Clinic Programme is divided in 6 half days with first 2 half days for diagnosis, observation and interviews: then 2 half days on coaching sessions and group evaluation. Half a day is dedicated to the important follow up 8 weeks later to evaluate and cement the new team relationship.
Depending on the size of the team involved, the duration of the programme must be adjusted.
